AMG American Composites of Miami offers aircraft operators the highest quality composite and sheet metal repairs available today. Our services include the utilization of advanced composite materials and state of the art processes to meet all aircraft requirements. American Composites’ 74,000 square ft. maintenance facility with clean room, machine shop capability, autoclave composite ovens, and other advanced equipment provides the space and capabilities to repair new generation aircraft components. Part of the Aero Maintenance Group (AMG) family of companies and strategically linked with the Air France - KLM Group, American Composites enjoys a network of technical and operational alliances that provide our customers with extensive repair and overhaul expertise, inventory availability, and significant cost savings. In July 2004, AMG and AF-KLM Group signed a cooperative agreement. The shareholders joined their expertise, operational experience, and resources (inventories and capabilities) to fully support programs for Airbus, Boeing, and regional aircraft operators around the world. In June 2005, AF-KLM Group acquired 40% ownership of AMG. In December 2008, AF-KLM Group acquired 80% ownership of AMG.
