Our facility in Medley, Florida is a State-Of-The-Art multi million dollar 70,000 square foot facility we are dedicated to maintenance, repair, and overhaul of sheet metal, composites, and advance composites bonded structural components. This facility hosts 6,000 square feet of clean room space, 12,000 square foot of bond clean line for all metal bond processing, machine shop, welding, composites NDT, and On-Line Technical Documentation for quick processing of customer components, Sheet metal and Composites Tooling and Equipment and Autoclave. Our services support and have supported many different program platforms with the refurbishment, repair and overhaul of flight control surfaces, nacelles (inlet cowls, fan thrust reversers, translating cowls, engine pylons) and airframe structures (doors, panels) constructed of sheet metal, composites and advance composite bonded structures.
